The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the SinnWatches website. We collect information from three primary activities:

Newsletter

We maintain a newsletter which is provided through Servage GmbH. We add names to our newsletter only at your request. To join our newsletter, you only need to provide your e-mail address and country of residence.

None of the information you provide is disclosed or sold to a third party. We use our newsletter to send periodic announcements of new watch arrivals and other product promotions. With each message we send we include instructions on how to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

Online Purchasing

When you purchase a product online, we collect the following information to process your order:

   Name
   Billing and Shipping Address
   E-Mail Address
   Phone Numbers
   Shipping Information
   Credit Card Information (if this payment method is chosen)


We use the information collected from your order to process and ship your new watch, watch winder or watch accessories. To process your payment, we use the services of a shopping cart provider and a merchant services provider.

When you place your order, you will be asked for credit card billing and shipping information, including the Card Verification Value code CVV2 security number located on the back of your card. The CVV2 number is stored only until your card is processed and is then deleted, while your remaining credit card number and billing information is stored for a period of 60 days through our secure shopping cart provider.
